Linda Ann Benson, M.Ed., CSM
I've spent more than twenty years helping healthcare organizations and teams work better — most recently as a Senior Practice Transformation Consultant with CVS Health (Aetna) and as a Director of Practice Management with TeamHealth.
My work has spanned clinical strategy, operations, education, and design. Along the way I learned that the same principles that turn around a large practice — clear structure, honest strategy, and genuine care for the people involved — work just as well for a one-person studio or a growing small business.
That's the work I love most now: bringing big-organization discipline down to the scale of independent professionals and creative entrepreneurs who are ready to grow.
